I am a 54 year old woman and I just started Weight Watchers last week and lost 3 pounds the first week. I know, it's a lot of water weight, but I'll take it anyway! I am going to check out foods at the grocery store and pick the best ones that fit into the new plan Points Plus. Foods that are the power foods. Like picking the best bang for your buck (points and nutrition) bread, receipes etc.
So give me some time to do this research, and get back to me in a few days!
