Put 2 TBSP of canola oil in a dutch oven pot.  Mine is a Lodge Logic L8DOL3 Pre-Seasoned 5-Quart Dutch Oven with Loop Handles.  Heat up the oil and add 12 chicken thighs.  Brown and add a tbsp of each corriander, cilantro, allspice.  Toss until chicken is coated.  Add 1 jar of AJI HOT and stir slightly.  Remove from stove and place into an oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.  DONE!!  You can now serve the chicken with a salad or chop up chicken and mix into soups.  SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!
